Payment & Site Security
How payments are handled
There is no checkout on this site, and no payment is taken here. You build an enquiry list, send it to us on WhatsApp, and we reply with pricing and a lead time. Payment is arranged separately once you have accepted a quote.
This means Evora never collects your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or any payment detail through this website. There is no payment form to intercept and no card data to store, because none is ever entered.
When online payment is added, this page will name the gateway and what it holds before it goes live.
Data in transit
The site is served over HTTPS, so the pages you load and anything you type into the enquiry form are encrypted in transit. If your browser ever warns you that this site’s connection is not secure, stop and tell us before entering anything.
What we hold, and where
This site has no accounts, no database and no server that stores your details. Your enquiry list is kept in your own browser and never leaves your device until you choose to send it.
When you send an enquiry it arrives as a WhatsApp message, so the conversation is held in WhatsApp under Meta’s terms, and in our own records for as long as tax law requires. What you tell us is used to quote and fulfil your order, and nothing else. See our privacy policy for the detail.
What we will never ask you for
We will never ask you for your card CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or an OTP — not by phone, not by email, not on chat. Anyone who does is not us.
- We will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
- We will never send you a payment link from a personal number.
- Our emails come only from our own domain. Check the sender before you click.
If you think you have received a fraudulent message claiming to be Evora, forward it to us and do not act on it.
Reporting a vulnerability

We will acknowledge within 3 working days and keep you posted while we fix it. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access other people's data.
