Privacy Policy
Who controls your data
Evora (registration in progress), of B-38, Vishal Enclave, New Delhi – 110027, India, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this site. Privacy questions go to shivanshbatra@evoragifting.in.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
- Order details — what you bought, gift messages, delivery instructions.
- Enquiry details — what you tell us in the contact and custom-project forms.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are handled by our gateway — see payment & site security.
What we do with it
- To take, make and deliver your order, and to talk to you about it.
- To answer enquiries and quote custom work.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the site — which items people look at, where journeys break.
- To send marketing, but only if you asked for it. Every message carries an unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: our courier partners (to deliver), our payment gateway (to take payment), and our IT and email providers. They may use the data only to do that job. We do not sell your personal data.
Gift recipients
When you send a gift you give us the recipient's name and address. We use those details to deliver that gift and nothing else. We never add a recipient to a marketing list, and we never tell a recipient what a gift cost.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently eight years). Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it where we have no continuing reason to hold it, nominate someone to act for you, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart and your preferences between visits — including your wishlist, recently viewed items, and whether the showroom sound is on — and to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart will stop remembering you if you do.

Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
